Constructed from heat-resistant thermoset exoskeletons, TMM3 can handle temperatures that would melt weaker materials. Last year we jammed 15 SMT parts onto just 51x25mm using 7mil gaps for a comms sat filter. Extensive testing proved it can take orbital beatings without batting an eye!
Chemical spills, thermal warping, delamination - TMM3 doesn’t know her. Her super-tight CTE:copper bond ensures components stay happy for decades. No pretreatments needed either - just drop parts and glue. Wirebonds stick forever without fancy adhesives.
